Yes. You can use property management on its own. Interior design is a separate service.
What does management cost?
It depends on the home and the services you need. Mary confirms the monthly fee, any booking commission and what’s included in a written proposal.
Where does Lush provide property management?
Hacienda Pinilla and the Tamarindo area. Share your property’s location so Mary can confirm the arrangements.
How often will you visit and send updates?
Mary agrees on a visit schedule, photos and updates to suit your home and how you use it.
Who approves repairs?
Your scope sets the spending limits and how urgent issues are handled. Work beyond the agreed authority needs your approval.
Can you manage my Airbnb or rental?
Yes. Listing and booking management, guest messages, arrivals and turnovers can be included. Responsibilities, fees and response coverage are agreed for your property.
Can you coordinate deliveries and contractors?
Yes. Mary can arrange access, meet deliveries and check progress while you’re away. The work and approval limits are agreed with you first.
